smart times 2012: Let's go to Antwerp in Belgium! |
Hey Guys
Almost two more months to go ... Until thousands (!) of enthusiastic smart-Lovers from all over the World will meet up in Antwerp in Belgium to spent some nice Days together.
Head of smart, Dr. Annette Winkler says “smart times is cult, it’s the world’s largest gathering of the smart family and we are so happy to invite all the smart fans from all over the world. I can’t wait to drive with our guests and hundreds of smarts, many of them individually designed or rebuilt, through the beautiful city of Antwerp at our large smart times parade.”
What's new this year? For the first time the meeting will be carbon-netural. This will be possible thanks to smart. They will plant trees in cooperation with the international non-profit organisation WeForest.
In Antwerp the participants can look forward to a varied programme consisting of sporty contests, exciting outings, fascinating shows, live concerts and interesting talks with designers, tuners and experts. As well as the smart fortwo electric drive, for the first time attendees will also be able to test-drive the new smart ebike – during guided tours of Antwerp.
